He completed MBBS from Kurnool Medical College,in 2014,followed by MCh in Neuro Surgery from National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in 2021. Dr.Vinod started his career as a consultant in neurosurgery at Medicover hospital Nellore In his career spanning over 8 years, Dr Batta .Vinod Kumar has performed more than 50 brain tumor surgeries, more than 20 Cerebral Aneurysm correction surgeries, 10 Arteriovenous Malformations (AVM), 10 Pituitary Tumor procedures,10 carotid endarterectomy surgeries , 20 Glioma surgeries, 100 Spine (Cervical) Surgeries,300 + Lumbar Spinal surgeries , Dr Kumar is not only known for his extraordinary performance in healthcare, he has greatly contributed to more than 10 publications in national and international journals, contributed chapters to textbooks in Neurosciences and received best paper awards at international and national organisations . He is a Member of several national and international organizations including Indian Epilepsy Association, Indian Epilepsy Society, Neurological Society of India.
